I haven’t received my exam. What should I do?
Contact the clinic or hospital where your exam was performed to check the expected release time and how the exam will be shared with you.

I would like to have printed copies of my exam images. How can I request them?
To print the exam images, you need to access your exam using your credentials through the Results Portal on a computer. Check the tutorial at this link. If you don’t have access credentials, please contact the clinic or hospital where your exam was performed.
I'm having trouble logging in with the access credentials I received from the clinic/hospital. What should I do?
If your login is linked to your email, use the "Forgot my password" option to receive new access credentials directly to your email. If you received a printed protocol and are having trouble accessing it, please contact the clinic or hospital directly for assistance with your credentials.
I was able to access the shared exam, but the report is not available. What should I do?
In this case, it means that the report has not yet been released by the responsible doctor. We recommend contacting the clinic or hospital where the exam was performed to confirm the expected release time.
