2.1 Medcloud guarantees the security and privacy of identity for all its users, understood as any person who directly or indirectly uses Medcloud's services and systems.

2.2 The use of certain services made available on websites and applications can only be carried out through user registration. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their data, exempting Medcloud from any responsibility for misuse of such information.

2.3 Through this policy, Medcloud ensures the privacy and security of all data registered in its database using advanced encryption systems or similar. Such data will only be used and disclosed by Medcloud to carry out services related to its business purpose.

2.6 Medcloud may refuse or block access to users who violate the conditions established in this Agreement.

3. IN THE USE OF INFORMATION

3.1 Medcloud may commercialize consolidated statistical reports of data provided by users, always strictly observing ethics, information security, and individual confidentiality.

3.2 Medcloud commits to: using cookies only to obtain technical or navigation-related information from the Portal. Cookies may still be disabled by the user via their browser settings.

3.3 The user agrees to: (i) comply with usage rules, as further detailed below and not violate any security components;(ii) not attempt or assist others in bypassing, reverse engineering, disassembling, or otherwise interfering with any security features or usage rules, for any purpose;(iii) not attempt to access another user's account unless properly authorized;(iv) not modify the website in any way or use modified versions of Medcloud's system for any purposes, including unauthorized access to services offered by the websites and applications;(v) keep personal and registration information always up to date; and(vi) be civilly and criminally responsible for the truthfulness of registration information.

3.4 By downloading the application and accessing the systems provided by Medcloud, the user authorizes Medcloud and its partners to make phone contact and send promotional and institutional informational materials to the email address provided during registration.

4. ON THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF INFORMATION

4.1 All data obtained through Medcloud channels is confidential and may only be used by the user and their agents to fulfill the agreement between the parties.

4.2 Medcloud commits not to sell, rent, or disclose users' information, except in cases where there is an official request from any public authority or as provided in the "Privacy Policy" or contracts established with users.

5. ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1 All copyright of content available on Medcloud channels, including texts, pages, illustrations, graphics, reports, technical data, and materials, is protected under Law No. 9.610/1998..

5.2 The reproduction, adaptation, modification, or unauthorized use of content made available by Medcloud, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited. The use of Medcloud's logo is exclusive to Medcloud and may not be used for any purpose by third parties without prior and express authorization.
