How to Obtain Your Username and Password to Access Your Exams

To access a patient’s exam from a unit integrated with the Medcloud system, you must have a referring account linked to that specific unit. To obtain your account, you can contact the unit’s front desk and request the creation of a requester user, or you can apply through the unit’s website by creating a pre-registration.
If you register through the website, the unit will be notified of your request, and once it is approved, your access credentials will be sent to your email.If urgent access is required, we recommend contacting the unit’s administration to request immediate activation of your account.
To access the patient's exam on the portal, simply contact the unit where the exam was performed and request that it be shared with your account.
If you’ve undergone an exam at a unit integrated with Medcloud, you can view it online.
To do this, you’ll need a Medcloud Patient Account linked to the unit where your exam was conducted.
To get your account, request it at the front desk or through the unit’s website by creating a pre-registration.
If you register through the website, the unit will be notified of your request and, once approved, your credentials will be sent to your email.
If urgent access is required, we recommend contacting the unit’s administration to activate your user account.Please note that there may be a delay before your exam is available online, as the report must be finalized first. If your exam is not visible when you log in, we suggest contacting the unit to request the exam be shared with your account.
