Objectives

The intern will work in the training and support area for new Medcloud clients, ensuring that users understand and efficiently use the platform.

Responsibilities

•Assist in training new clients on how to use the Medcloud platform.
•Contribute to the creation of training materials and user documentation.
•Provide initial technical support to clients during the onboarding phase.
•Identify common questions and difficulties, proposing improvements to training materials.
•Work together with the Customer Success and Support teams to ensure the best customer experience.

Requirements

•Currently pursuing higher education in Information Management, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related areas.
•Ease of communication and a knack for teaching new clients.
•Interest in technology and learning about web and cloud systems.
•Good organizational and documentation skills.
